I need to eat healthy.
I need to exercise more.
I need to get this big, fat bottom of mine off the chair and take a walk at lunch break.
I need to drink more water. Not soda. Not juice. Just water.
I need to sleep longer.
And finally...
I need to stop saying and start doing all these!

haaay, CUZ, why is it so hard to exercise? haha! i think it will become easier in the spring and summer months. i started running last fall, and then i stopped coz it got too cold outside. i'm gonna pick it right back when it's warmer. :D

Are you still dancing, Chi? If not, you should get back to it. Ako, I want to do it again but I can't find my good teachers anymore. They seem to have moved elsewhere nga layo!
i'm back to zumba but i stopped my gym. like here, my favorite teacher moved to australia and the replacement is not half as good as he was.

I like Zumba! I always enjoy it. But then again, depende sad sa teacher.

Salamat, Ai! I was getting bored with the old look of my blog. I needed to change it and give it a fresher look. Hehe..
Yeah--it is easy to take sleep for granted, especially when there is just so much to do. But it's a necessity, just like food. So get enough sleep, OK? :-)
