Getting There
I am getting there
one step at a time,
one workout routine after another,
one healthy meal to the next.
My dear Abs,
Getting you toned is not impossible.
I just need to keep working on it, so be patient with me.
You know how much I hate exercise, but I'm doing it.
So I'm hoping you'll at least cooperate.
Show me some results so I am motivated to keep going.
Our goal is within arms reach, so giving up is no longer an option.
We can do this!

Hi Chel, I actually owe this to Pilates. I try to do it at least every other day, alternating ab exercise and buns & thighs. I did this before but I stopped. I hope this time I can keep up. Effective baya sad. Two months ago, I swear I looked like 5 months pregnant.

Chi, I was only 97 lbs when I came to the US. I'll need to lose 30 lbs to get back to that. Mura'g lisud na kaayo na, Chi! Kutob nalang ko sa wish. Hehehe... But thanks so much for believing in me. :-)

Layo pa ni sa tinuod uy! I think I have to diet to make progress faster. Kusog lang gihapon ko mukaon, Tiris! Pero sige lang, agwantahon nalang sa nako ang exercise. I plan to post photos of my progress here so I can put more pressure on myself. Maulaw na ko ninyo if I move backwards. Hehehe :-)

Hello, Ai! Muna-muna sad, hehe. But I need to have the discipline gyud because I want to look good and I want to stay healthy especially now nga naa na ko'y Lucas.
